This privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) explains the information, collection and use policies of
Check-Out Planning Services Ltd. and any of its affiliated companies (“Check-Out”,
“CheckOutPlan”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with respect to the website, services, products,
technology, software and/or software components (collectively, the “Software & Services”,
“Software” and/or “Services”) of Check-Out that you use, access or interact with (“Use”), but
excludes software and/or services that have separate privacy policies that do not incorporate this
private policy.

We have provided this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose and process the
Personal Identifiable Information (“PII”) you enter into the Software and Services. By clicking
into any content on the Check-Out or any of its affiliated sites, it is deemed as an agreement by
the user to the Check-Out Terms of Use, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not provide
Check-Out with all the Registration and Login information, except for the profile picture, Check-
Out cannot perform our contract with you.

Before you begin using our Software & Services please read this Privacy Policy carefully before
you provide Personal Information.

Types of Information Collected and How it is Used;

1) Registration and Login Information

Information you provide when you register and log in to the Software & Services,
including name, user name, password, address, telephone number, email address and
profile picture. Check-Out uses your Registration and Login Information to open your
account and to enable your use of the Software and Services. We use a number of
service providers to provide us assistance in providing the Software and Services who
have access to this information. These providers may include cloud services, hosting and
backup, analytics, third party applications and feedback services.

2) Technical Information

Technical information is information regarding your device, your Use of the Software
and Services and software and applications installed on your device (the “Other
Software”), and also includes device types and version numbers, the name type and version
of operating systems, and their interaction with the Software and Services, ISP
(Internet Service Providers), IP (Internet Protocol addresses, cookies and similar web
technologies, and configuration and settings of the device.
Check-Out uses your Technical Information to enable you to use the Software and
Services, and to address operational requirements.

3) Service-Related Information

Information you or persons associated with your account that provide us with single and
multimedia content in forms including, but without limitation, documents, files, text, still
images, audio, video, animation and other interactivity forms of content. Additionally,
you may export media from your mobile device for use in the Software and Services
which may identify you, or combined with other information you provide may identify
you. You may also provide us with names, emails and other data concerning friends,
family and other contacts of yours.

4) Support-Related Information

We use Technical Information and Support Related Information to provide you with
support and handle your feedback and complaints.
We may use a third party service provider who will have access to your Login
Information, Registration and Support Related Information.
If you communicate with us by email our support section or, we may also collect any
information voluntarily submitted by you.

5 ) Third Party Content & Services

The Check-Out website may include links to third parties (collectively, “Third Party
Content and Services”) in the form of advertisements, websites, gadgets, buttons apps, products
and services. Check-Out is not responsible for the information contained and/or made available
through, the practices of, or your use or inability to use such Third Party Content and Services.
You expressly relieve us from any and all liability arising from your use of such Third Party
Content and Services. Your access, use, and reliance upon such products, content, or materials is
at your own risk.

We also utilize web analysis services to better understand your use of our Websites and Services.
Web analytics collect information such as how often users visit the Websites, what pages they
visit and what other sites they used prior to visiting. The data collected is used to track and
examine the use of the Websites, to prepare reports on its activities. We may use the data
collected on the Websites to contextualize and personalize the ads.

6) Payment Information

Part of your Registration and Login Information and Payment Information is used to
process payments for Check-Out products and services.
One or more Third Party Payment Service Provider(s) will have access to this
information for the purpose of providing this service.

7) Direct Marketing

We may use your email address, name and Purchasing History to send you marketing
and commercial messages. These messages will contain personalized content
which may include interest-based information, online ads or other content.
We send you this on the basis of your consent when you actively check the checkbox
to receive such communications on registration to the Software & Services.
Please note that you have the right to object at any time, you can ask us to stop sending
email marketing, by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link you will find on any of the
email marketing messages. Alternatively, you can contact us at the contact details
below under the heading “How to Contact Check-Out Planning Services Ltd”.
We use third party service providers such as email service providers and marketing
platforms, email verifiers and push notification services for direct marketing
purposes.

8) Advertising on the Software & Services

Check-Out and/or its partners use cookies and other tracking technologies to track and
measure various performance and demographic parameters of advertising
campaigns.
If you are in the European Union or not, we will process this information on the basis
of your consent.
We will retain this information for one year.
We may share this information with our advertising partners.

9) Use of PII (Personal Identifiable Information)

We use your Technical Information, including IP address and cookies to:
operate, monitor and analyze the Site and provide you with certain features and
functionalities on the Site.
We also rely on your consent to use cookies if you are located in the European Union
and retain this information for one year.

Check-Out relies on this information to be able to provide you with the Software and Service, if
you wish to opt-out of providing this information to Check-Out, please see section headed
“Cancelling the Service”.

We use your PII in cases of dispute or to enforce the terms and conditions of the Software and
Services. Also to comply with regulatory and legal requirements as required by tax authorities
and law enforcement. And in addition for our own requirements to protect against illegal or
suspicious activities or fraud. We also may share this information with our professional advisors
as the subject matter relates to their field of expertise. We will retain this information for the
period of time required to fulfill those purposes or for the period of time that we reasonably
believe there is a possibility of litigation relating to your account.

10) Use of Non-PII

Non-PII data, is data that is anonymous. This data cannot be used to distinguish or trace an
individual’s identity such as their name, social security number, date and place of birth, etc.

Check-Out uses non-PII information to operate, update, monitor, improve and update the
Software and Services.

11) Sharing of PII with Check-Out Companies, Third Parties and Mergers and Acquisitions.

We may share your information with our parent and affiliated companies and subsidiaries in the
legitimate requirements tin providing you with the Software and Services.
If Check-Out is involved in a merger or acquisition by another company, or change of control,
reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, then your information would be
safeguarded as an asset of the company and its Privacy Policy.
In sharing your PII with Third Parties we keep the information shared to the minimum required
for the task. We keep the data secure and require the Third Party to have a Privacy Policy that is
equal to ours or better and can show compliance to their Privacy Policy.
We retain this information for as long as necessary for our business or operational purposes, or to
comply with a legal request or request from law enforcement.
In cases outside the above mentioned we would request your prior consent before releasing your
PII.

12) Minors.

Minors are prohibited from using the Software and Services. A minor is defined by the laws
defining Minors in the relevant jurisdiction the user is signing up or operating from. Users under
the age of 18 in the United States are not permitted to use the Software & Services for example.
We reserve the right to at any time to verify the age of a user for the purpose of ensuring that

Minors are not using the Software and Services. If we discover that a Minor is using the
Software & Services, or a parent or guardian notifies us of such fact, we will block such a user
from accessing the Software & Services, and start the process of deleting any PPI associated with
such user. We can be notified of such situations by contacting us as outlined at the end of this
Privacy Policy.

14) Your Rights.

a) Your California Privacy Rights.

Civil Code Section 1798.83 (also known as California’s “Shine the Light” law) entitles
California residents to request and obtain from us once a calendar year, information about the
personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing use.
Please contact us through the email or physical address under the “How to Contact Check-Out
Planning Services Ltd.” section below to make such a request. Please write in the subject line
and the body of your message “Request for California Privacy Information”. California’s “Shine
the Light” law does not cover all information that is shared.

15) How We Protect your Information.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the risks of accidental destruction or loss, or
unauthorized access or disclosure. Although we take appropriate organizational and technical
measures, procedures and policies to secure the information we collect, we cannot guarantee
information will not be exposed from unauthorized penetration of our servers or systems. You
also have a responsibility for the security of the computer or device you use to communicate with
us and to protect your user IDs and passwords.

16) Do Not Track

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that can be configured in certain web browsers, also called
DNT, this feature allows consumers to avoid having their online actions monitored. Currently
Check-Out does not respond or recognize DNT Feature signals.

17) Complaints

If you believe that we have breached an applicable law or our own privacy policies, or if you
have any complaints on our processing of your PII or we encourage you to contact us. Please
note that applicable EU data protection laws also provides you with a right to lodge a complaint
with the competent supervisory authority.

18) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy, from time to time. Any material change to this Privacy
Policy, or other changes, including amendments made to the Policy to comply with legal
requirements, will become effective immediately upon their initial posting. Check-Out will
provide subscribers with notice (e.g. an email or other reasonable means) of when the Privacy
Policy is updated. Subscribers can also check the Check-Out website to check if the Privacy
Policy has been updated by comparing the “Last updated” date at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Software & Services after any change takes effect, will indicate your acceptance
of the amended Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, then you
shall cease any further use of the Software & Services.

19) Cancelling the Service

To cancel your service please select Cancel in the Check-Out payment page and follow the
prompts.
